Office Hours

This year the office will be open from 8.15am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday (during school Terms). In administration and at the front window are our Administration Officers Sue Reynolds and Gulen Yilmaz. They will be able to answer your queries, record information in regard to student absences, deal with messages regarding your child’s medication, or contact needed with the classroom teacher. No question is a silly one so please don’t hesitate to ask at the office regarding any information you need to know.

Liz, our Office Manager, is also in the front office and available Monday - Thursday for general & finance queries.

Our Business Manager is Karen Cocks. She is extremely approachable and friendly and always happy to lend a hand in the front office during busy times.

You are welcome to contact the school office on 9744 3377 and leave a voicemail, if calling outside business hours, where we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Altertively you can email the school anytime at sunbury.heights.ps@education.vic.gov.au and again, we aim to provide a response within 24 hours.
